Order Processing Time Once an order is placed, we require 1–2 business days to process and prepare your order.

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed within 1 business day
  • Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may require slightly longer processing time

Once processing is completed, your order will be shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 8–10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing.

Placing an Order Ordering from ReliefStride is simple.

  2. Click "Add to Cart"
  3. Review your selected product and ensure the correct size has been chosen
  4. Click "Checkout"
  5. Enter your shipping information and proceed to the shipping section
  6. Confirm your address details and continue to payment

All payment transactions are securely processed using SSL encryption. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders of $40 or more ship free
  • Orders under $40 have a flat shipping rate of $7.99

Shipping Your Order Once processed, your order will be prepared for shipment and handed over to our logistics partners. During periods of high demand, delivery times may be slightly extended.
