Important: Please read our return policy carefully. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Returns

Return Window You have 14  days after receiving your order to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

For hygiene-sensitive products, items must be clean before being returned.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear
  • Lingerie
  • Tights
  • Certain personal care products

Starting a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@relief-stride.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • A photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
  • Your contact details

Refunds

Inspection Process Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. You will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Approved Refunds If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If it is still not visible, contact us at Info@relief-stride.com.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. If confirmed, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the issue occurs again with the replacement, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Order Cancellation Due to our automated order processing system, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
